We have all heard about it. And we have all been waiting for it.\u00a0 Facebook has finally closed a deal with Instagram for and amazing $747.1\u00a0million, which is actually a little bit cheaper than the originally estimated $1 billion back in April. Chump change right?\u00a0 The deal is scheduled to officially close as soon as the USFTC clears the giant transaction. But no need to worry about any changes other than better integrations between the two.\u00a0 The app that we all love isnt changing any thing other than their address..\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

“While our team is making the short move to the Facebook offices, Instagram isn\u2019t going anywhere. The Instagram app and its features will stay the same one you know and love, and we\u2019ll keep working together to build a better Instagram for everyone.<\/em>“- the Instagram team<\/p>\n

There is still no word on when the official merger is going to happen.\u00a0 But both parties are reassuring everyone that it is soon and no changes will happen on the apps.<\/p>\n
