\"\"<\/a>I do not know what it is about his week, but lots of scam messages<\/a> seem to get getting through.\u00a0 Normally, I just report these things as spam and move on, but I thought I would post up about this one, not because its original, (heck this was going around last year) or something that most people will fall for, but to remind those who are new to computing, (yes there are still people out there just now getting to this cool new things call the interwebs… its made of a series of tubes you know) that I would post up an example of what NOT to fall for.<\/p>\n

This is SOOO\u00a0 perfect of an example.\u00a0 As you can see from the screenshot below, click on it to make it larger BTW, that this email SEEMS to come from yahoo.\u00a0 However, Yahoo, or any other service would NEVER ask you for such information, especially within an email.\u00a0 So here is a good general rule.\u00a0 NEVER provide information to ANY service unless you know you have an account and FIRST log into that service.<\/p>\n

As weak as the scam is; I’m sure at least 100+ people will fall for it.\u00a0 Sigh….<\/p>\n
