The version is called Evernote 3.0, and the company says this upgrade is huge. There are added sharing and organizational features, improved text editing, security options, new views and a revamped widget.

New sharing options make Evernote a better mobile collaboration tools. You can edit shared notebook contents with a mobile device if the individual sharing with you is a Premium subscriber. Users can also share their notes to Facebook and Twitter from an Android device with just one button.
